1. Nature of Service: Attribution Infrastructure

CULTD is a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for marketing attribution, scoring, and analytics. All performance metrics, including Average Daily Balance (ADB) and Conversion Milestones, are provided for information and verification purposes only. CULTD does not issue, hold, or guarantee any assets or rewards; these are the sole responsibility of the third-party businesses (Campaign Host).

2. Non-Financial Nature

CULTD is not an investment intermediary, financial promoter, or asset manager. Our platform is designed strictly for professional marketing attribution and verified growth purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any financial instrument or digital asset.

3. Professional Performance Metrics

  • Algorithmic Scoring: All scores (e.g., Creator Quality Scores, ADB) are generated algorithmically based on objective technical data.
  • Signup Verification: In growth campaigns, "Verified Signups" are confirmed via hashed technical signals provided by the Campaign Host. CULTD does not verify the underlying identity of end-users beyond technical proof-of-activity.
  • No Guarantee of ROI: High performance scores do not guarantee any specific payout or financial return.

4. Technical Risks & Third-Party Dependencies

The dApp relies on third-party APIs and public data feeds. CULTD assumes no liability for:

  • Inaccuracies caused by third-party network failures or API downtime.
  • The technical failure or smart contract risk of any third-party protocol being tracked.
  • Decisions made by Campaign Hosts regarding final reward distribution.

5. Content & Conduct Disclaimer

CULTD is a technology intermediary and does not pre-screen or endorse the content, opinions, or marketing statements made by platform participants. All content generated by participants is their sole responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CULTD's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 (or its equivalent).

7. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
