1. Nature of Service
The CULTD dApp is a community engagement and analytics platform.
It allows users ("grinders") to participate in campaigns and receive token rewards issued by third-party projects.
CULTD provides scoring, analytics, and leaderboard tools only.
We do not issue, hold, or guarantee any rewards, payments, or tokens on behalf of any project.
All campaign funding, rewards, and token delivery are the sole responsibility of the third-party project.
2. Non-Financial Nature
CULTD does not provide regulated services and does not act as an investment intermediary, financial promoter, or asset manager under any jurisdiction.
Use of the dApp does not constitute a financial transaction or securities participation.
All campaign participation is strictly for community engagement and gamified growth purposes.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the CULTD dApp, or in related materials, constitutes:
- financial, investment, or trading advice;
- solicitation to buy or sell tokens;
- a securities offering or financial promotion.
You should perform your own research and seek independent advice before engaging with any token, project, or campaign.
4. Beta Status & Technical Risk
The dApp operates in Beta.
Features, scoring logic, or campaign data may change or malfunction without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or error-free performance.
Use the dApp at your own risk.
5. Reward & Token Disclaimer
- All rewards are provided by third-party projects, not CULTD.
- CULTD has no control over token supply, value, or delivery timelines.
- Token values are volatile and may fluctuate or become worthless.
- Participation does not guarantee any reward, allocation, or payment.
- CULTD is not a custodian, exchange, broker, or fiduciary.
Participation is voluntary and merit-based, not chance-based or guaranteed.
6. Community Content
Campaign content is user-generated.
CULTD does not endorse or verify posts, opinions, or statements made by grinders, KOLs, or other users.
Participants act in their personal capacity only.
7. Automation & Third-Party Dependencies
Some campaign or leaderboard functions rely on third-party APIs (e.g. X/Twitter, blockchain networks).
CULTD is not liable for interruptions, suspensions, or losses arising from third-party outages or API changes.
Automation tools (posting, scoring, analytics) must comply with platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CULTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including token value, data loss, or missed rewards).
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100 (or crypto equivalent).
- The Service is provided strictly “as is” and “as available.”
Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
9. No Joint Liability
Under no circumstances shall CULTD be jointly liable with any third-party project, campaign organizer, or reward issuer for:
- token allocations or value,
- delivery timelines,
- promotional content or statements made by other participants.
Each project remains independently responsible for its own rewards and compliance.
10. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under LCIA Rules, London seat, English language.
