– Include campaign name (if aplicable), date/time, and what exactly went wrong.

– Add any error messages you saw.

Attach proof:

– Add a short screen recording or screenshots showing the issue.

– Include your wallet address and X handle.

Be specific:

– If you’re asking about rewards, mention the campaign and your leaderboard rank.

– If you’re reporting a bug, describe the steps to reproduce it.

Our support team reviews all cases within 48 hours. Please note: reward distribution and final scoring are handled automatically by the platform and may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
