📖 Performance Settlement: Payouts & Claims

CULTD provides a transparent, automated environment for the distribution of performance fees. Once your attributed growth reaches "Settled" status, you can manage your distribution through the following process.

The Settlement & Claim Process

All performance-based fees are handled through a decentralized application (dApp) interface to ensure security and transparency.

• Tracking Progress: View your "Pending" vs. "Claimable" fees in real-time on your dashboard.
• Initiating a Distribution: When fees move to the Claimable status, you can trigger a distribution to your connected professional wallet.

Self-Custody: For security, CULTD does not "hold" your funds. The dApp facilitates a direct claim for the Client's (the Brand) campaign to your verified address.

Supported Settlement Currencies

To provide global flexibility and stability, CULTD supports standard digital settlement assets. The specific currency for each campaign is determined by the Client (the Brand).

• Stablecoins: High-liquidity assets such as USDC or USDT (pegged 1:1 to the USD) are the standard for most performance campaigns.
• Protocol Native Assets: Some Web3 partners may distribute performance fees in their native ecosystem tokens. This is clearly disclosed in the Campaign Terms before you begin.

Verification & Snapshot Cycles

To ensure data accuracy and prevent fraudulent activity, all payouts follow a structured Verification Cycle.

• Oracle Snapshots: For campaigns tracking liquidity, our system takes random, unannounced "Snapshots" of the platform’s data. These snapshots verify that the capital attributed to you is stable and active.
• Finalization Schedule: Performance data is audited and finalized on a weekly cycle with an audit window of Monday – Sunday.
• Settlement State: Once the audit is complete, "Pending" fees move to "Claimable." This weekly cadence ensures all participating brands have time to verify the Quality Score of the traffic.

CULTD is an Attribution Software Provider, not a financial institution or investment platform.

• No Guarantees: Payouts are strictly based on the technical fulfillment of performance milestones as defined by the Client.
• Service Fee Model: Performance fees are classified as professional marketing service fees (Referral Commissions) and are subject to the tax regulations of the creator’s local jurisdiction.
• Transparency: All distribution records are recorded on-chain or off-chain, providing an immutable audit trail for professional accounting.
