The Network Integrity Policy

📖 Security & Compliance: The Network Integrity Policy

At CULTD, we prioritize Data Integrity. Our system is built to ensure that every performance fee is backed by authentic, high-quality user activity. This policy outlines the technical safeguards that protect the ecosystem for brands and honest creators alike.

1. Verification of Authenticity (Anti-Sybil Measures)

To maintain a high-trust environment, CULTD employs automated Proof-of-Personhood filters.

  • Hardware Identification: Our engine utilizes privacy-compliant hardware signals (IDFV/AAID) to ensure that multiple clicks or installs from a single device are flagged.
  • Bot Mitigation: Automated or "click-farm" patterns are identified in real-time.

The Result: Only unique, human-driven actions are attributed to your Quality Score. This protects the brand’s budget and ensures that honest creators are not diluted by automated bad actors.

2. Capital Settlement Policy (DeFi & Fintech)

For campaigns involving liquidity or deposits, CULTD enforces a strict Settlement Protocol to ensure the stability of the partner platform.

  • The Same-Block Rule: Any capital that enters and exits a protocol within the same block or a short-duration window is flagged as "Non-Settled."
  • Zero-Performance Attribution: To prevent market manipulation and flash-loan exploitation, "cycling" capital results in $0 performance attribution.

Goal: We reward long-term alignment. This policy ensures that creators are compensated for bringing stable, fee-generating assets to the ecosystem.

3. The "Source of Truth" & Dispute Resolution

CULTD acts as an independent, third-party Attribution Oracle. We provide a transparent bridge between the creator’s effort and the brand’s data.

  • Immutable Records: Every click, install, and deposit is logged with a cryptographic timestamp.
  • Dispute Protection: In the rare event of a data discrepancy between a creator and a brand, CULTD’s dashboard serves as the Technical Source of Truth.
  • Transparency: Both the creator and the client see the same "Settled vs. Pending" data, ensuring that payouts are always based on verifiable, audited performance.

🛡 Compliance Disclaimer for Ad Platforms

This policy is designed to maintain Commercial Integrity and prevent fraudulent activity within digital marketing ecosystems. CULTD does not engage in, nor facilitate, market manipulation or unauthorized financial intermediation. All performance fees are distributed by the campaign host based on these technical verification standards.
